MTV Push: Lewis Capaldi Crowned 2019 Winner

MTV Push announces Lewis Capaldi as it’s winner for 2019! A vote that is done by number of likes on the artists’ photos on MTV’s Instagram account, it is a voting process that is certainly accessible and reliable to young music fans of today.

Capaldi was one of three nominees for the coveted Critics’ Choice Awards at this year’s BRITs. Boasting the most amount of ‘likes’ that any nominee on MTV’s Push shortlist has ever received, Capaldi expresses an overwhelming sense of achievement with this.

MTV Push also saw it’s final performance in this series of monthly Push events with a performance at TAPE London with some of the shortlisted artists, including Young T & Bugsey, Loski, and a headline from Mahalia – the other Critics’ Choice nominated artist and also the winner of newly launched platform YouTube Music’s Ones To Watch list.
