MTV Push 2019 Shortlist Announced | Tape London

MTV has announced its Push ‘Ones To Watch’ artists for 2019 – the ten breakthrough artists who they support throughout the year, with one crowned a winner at the start of 2019 via an Instagram vote.

Previously supported Concentus artists on the list include Sam Fender, Dermot Kennedy, Jade Bird, Mahalia, Grace Carter, and Lewis Capaldi, as well as Glowie, Loski, young t & bugsey, and col3trane.

MTV showcased a handful of their shortlist with a night at central London club Tape for an exclusive audience. The night saw acoustic solo performances from Sam Fender, Jade Bird, and Glowie, playing 2-3 of their best songs each.

Previous winners have included the likes of Mabel and Anne-Marie, both of whom have gone on to find commercial major success in the charts and worldwide tours.
